Church bellringer, singer, mother and homeopath
After a psychology degree, her professional life started with 11 years in HR and was followed by six years in business psychology consulting at SHL (two with SHL USA). Inside of a commitment to deliver transformational online 360, Elva started the business in 2001. She has an absolute passion for 360° feedback, for creating transformational tools and for supporting senior women through integrated and fulfilling careers.
Swimmer, dancer and mother of one
With over 20 years of experience in a client-facing role and a background in software business analysis and business development, Karen has a wealth of experience to bring to our customers. She has a CIM post graduate degree in marketing and has worked across many global prestigious brands to deliver market leading projects. Karen is driven by a natural desire to provide high standards of customer service, which she always delivers in a personable and warm way.
Music lover and mother
Since completing her psychology degree, Kate has been working as a leadership, talent and OD consultant for over 20 years. She is a Chartered Business Psychologist, whose experience includes six years at SHL (in the UK and Australia), where she and Elva first worked together, and seven years running her own consulting business. Kate’s passion is for working with leaders to increase their awareness so that they can successfully lead themselves, their people and their businesses.
Swimmer and environmentalist
With a master’s degree in environmental physics, Nick’s early career was in environmental testing. Despite a life-long passion for the outdoors and all things scientific, Nick re-qualified in psychology and started working with psychometric and 360° data in the mid-90s. Working with a wide range of clients, he has been able to refine his coaching and facilitation approach. Nick loves coaching young talent and those with latent potential, whether managers or executives
Swimmer, film-buff and father of two
Before qualifying as a psychologist he spent a brief period in the offshore oil industry. Neil started his professional career in BT’s internal consultancy group where he spent eight years before moving to SHL for another eight years. He takes real joy in designing competency frameworks, leadership assessment and development processes, and coaching senior managers.
Passionate about life, learning and her three teenagers
After completing her PhD exploring the link between psychological and physical wellbeing, Ann went on to hold several leadership positions. Whilst in the NHS she managed a range of diverse teams and capital portfolios. Since the late 90s she has worked as a coach and development consultant helping individuals and teams increase their levels of engagement, leadership impact and joie de vie.

John has a lot of varied experience as a professional software and systems developer, including 18 years at BT specialising in web applications, then freelance for a while before joining Talent Innovations in 2010.

With a Masters in HR Management, Julia has a wide variety of experience in Human Resources and leadership development flexing between global corporates to SMEs, investment banking, manufacturing to public sector in the UK, US, Germany and Japan. She enjoys designing appraisal, feedback and 360 tools, and coaching individuals. Throughout her work, she excels in pragmatic and elegantly simple approaches which provide clarity to help people grow.
Songwriter, guitarist, marathon runner
With degrees in Materials Science and Organisational Psychology, after learning his trade at Legal & General and Diageo, he spent the next 25 years in business psychology consulting including 7 years as a senior leader at SHL. He is an acknowledged expert in leadership assessment processes and techniques. As a coach, he strives to enable leaders to appreciate their unique contribution through talent engineering interventions that allow them to achieve their potential.
Mother, student, yogi and optimist
Following her Psychology degree she worked at American Express to support the introduction of their global 360 degree feedback process. During her 20-year career she has worked across sectors and both as an internal and external consultant, focusing on leadership assessment and development. She is passionate about supporting individuals to enhance their self-awareness and professional growth to help them realise more of their potential.
Mother of two boys, who loves home life and the outdoors with her family
Ali joined the team in 2024 as Solution Manager, managing the design and build of 360 surveys and reports and the enhancement of existing products. Ali has an eye for detail and supports the team with the creation and amendment of items and survey questions. Alongside project delivery, Ali supports the Bureau support team, ensuring our clients receive excellent support and account management.
Prior to Ti, Ali worked within Internal communications and employee engagement, specialising in project delivery and account management.
Marathon runner, lego enthusiast, theatre lover and mum of two daughters
A Chartered Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist, Antonia completed her degree, Masters and PhD in Occupational Psychology. Her PhD research, completed at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, was on the topic of the performance management of virtual workers. She has spent the majority of her 30-year career living and working internationally, for companies including KPMG Consulting, Shell International, Marks & Spencer plc and SHL. She is passionate about partnering with individuals and organisations to help them maximise their potential.

A skiing accident is the unlikely catalyst for a brother and sister to bring together their expertise in 360 degree feedback and neuroscience with technical analysis and software development.
Talent Innovations is born.
Ti creates its first online 360 tool ‘Expressions’ (now called MyTalent), tested and commissioned to include a ground-breaking feature of the time – personal questions.
Talent Innovations launches its off-the-shelf 360, ‘Inspiring Leader’, which is now its most popular product.
Ti enters the US market.
Ti is servicing 360s for senior leaders in both the private and public sector.
As the client list grows, so does the team, forcing the need to move into a larger office space in Kingston-upon-Thames.
A partnership is signed with Cranfield Business School for their client customised 360.
A contract is secured to deliver top talent diagnostic programme for aspiring VPs at Oracle.
Ti’s 360 tool is rebuilt by its in-house team, on new updated platform, MyTalent v1.1
