Our musings on making 360 degree feedback fantastic
One of the first steps to overcoming negative feedback is to see it as a request. Somebody’s complaint may have deeply upset or frustrated you, or it may be grossly unfair and unreasonable, but look at it as if people are asking something of you, rather than criticising something you can never change. Feedback is important, and it’s even more important to understand how to take that feedback on board.
